So, I had one of these from pampered chef that I absolutely loved. It was used, used used so much in the kitchen and seriously made peeling garlic a breeze. Our teenage son was doing dishes one night and asked if it could go in the dishwasher. I said just hand wash it because it had only been used for 2 cloves that night. Here we are weeks later and I have turned my kitchen upside down looking for it. Nobody can tell me where it has up and walked off to. Long story short, I needed a new one and I needed it yesterday. I never realized how much I hated peeling garlic than these 2 weeks without having the silicone roller. So, I hopped on here and found this 2 pack and thought for under $6 I will give it a try. To my surprise, the silicone is just as heavy and thick as my pampered chef one was. Both of these are ribbed on the inside and I think it helps make it easier for the peel to come off. I didnt have to give it a lot of love to get them peeled. I have ran these through the dishwasher and they cleaned up perfectly and held up. They are also easy to hand wash as well and are extremely bendable to make most anything work. You can fit several cloves into one at a time to get several peeled. I am glad I went with this pack and that we have 2 of them now. I have them tucked in a safe spot so they do not go missing like the last one.

I love this tube thing so much! lolI use a lot of garlic and it’s saved me so much time while cooking. It’s also easy to clean.

Love it. just put garlic in sleeve roll it around and it comes out without any skin! you don't have any garlic smell on your hands.

This is well made and a cool kitchen tool. It does take some effort to squish the garlic but that’s to be expected. It cleans up fine. I used to have a ratcheting garlic press and it was great. Haven’t found one like it. This is a good alternative.

Wow! I wish I knew about this a long time ago! Could’ve saved my fingers and hands from all the peeling and smashing!Tip:1. Don’t overstuffed the sucker. 3-5 pieces at a time depending on thickness and size. If garlics fall out of the roller, you most likely put too much in to begin with. Also, make sure garlics are fairly lined in the middle before rolling.2. Don’t press and roll too hard that juices start squeezing out of those garlics. That makes the peel skins stick to the peeled garlics and case.3. Clean up is a breeze. Rinse with water. If you get a little garlic juice on them, just wiggle it with a little dish soap and water, then rinse. Like all things, if you wash it while juices & skins are still fresh, you shouldn’t need to clean it with a toothbrush or anything.

I was missing a item in the original order and the company did not waste any time sending me out the missing portion. Also the product works very smoothly and very well.

I received one as a gift and immediately bought more. The skin comes right off the garlic, no sticky hands, skin stays in tube. Bought one for my daughter-in-law and she willLove them too

1st, thank you to other reviewers that helped me with my choice of this product. This kit is fantastic & so much easier than the regular hinged garlic press. I found the key to making this dicer easier to use for anyone struggling to use this. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise first. The little knife helps scrap out the garlic & the tube really does help get the skins off. Hoping it holds up over time but for now very helpful & getting more for family & friends.

For the price I was hesitant but it actually works! I had to roll it in my hands a few times and couldn’t get the rhythm right to roll on the counter but the peel is off & my hands don’t smell like garlic. Not necessarily quicker but I think it’s easier than smashing the garlic and peeling. Def a good purchase!

This is a real neat little gadget and super easy to use! My package came with a free gift of the garlic peeler tube and the scraper. First of all....I’m obsessed with that green garlic peeler thingy. I don’t know what it’s called but it works like magic!! I hate peeling garlic and I’ve stabbed myself under my nail so many times with The thicker peels that I gave up on fresh garlic and started using pre-peeled. But this little miracle made it so simple and efficient! The garlic mincer is of very good quality steel and plastic and has a good weight in my hand. I was very satisfied with how it works and will definitely use it more than my garlic grater (which I have accidentally grated my nail/ finger on one too many times). This is fuss free and safe!! Unless someone is a complete moron and smashes this on their hand repeatedly I don’t see how it could injure them lmao. Also comes with that tiny cute little garlic scraper which looks like an adorable little butter spreader. I don’t know if it’s dishwasher safe but to be on the safe side I hand washed all 3 things and they were pretty easy to clean. I wouldn’t recommend letting the crushed garlic dry on the garlic press because then you’re just making life harder for yourself. I just wiped it with a soapy sponge and rinsed it and it was good to go. You may have to put some pressure to rock the press if your garlic is a little older and drier (like mine was) but I think it’s easier to use than a regular garlic press.

This garlic press is very well made and easy to use. I like to put a lot of garlic in my food but chopping garlic makes my fingers smell. Using this makes it a lot easier to mince garlic without using a food processor and it takes up way less space than a food processor or a chopper. It fits very well in my hand and it's easy to apply pressure on the garlic and crush it. This came with a green silicone tube which I am not sure what it's used for but my wife said it's most likely used to help remove the skin from garlic. My wife usually buy garlic that's already peeled so the green tube thingy is not really useful for us. I'm very happy with it and even told my mom to buy one. I wish I bought it earlier!

I don't write a lot of reviews. When I do it is either because something exceeded expectations or was not worth the price. The garlic peelers work far better than I had hoped for. I cook with a lot of garlic and spend more time than I would like to peeling each clove. These work so well I was able to peel an entire batch of garlic in less than a minute. Extremely simple design, and easy to use.

If you’re reading this review, and you’re thinking about buying, this is for you. If you love garlic, you’re Italian, or you’re just a person that loves to put an entire head of garlic into a recipe that calls for a clove, this is for you. Super easy to use, super easy to clean. I love this so much that I bought another set, and gave one to a family member and keep another one at work (fire houses used garlic too.)

I like garlic very much, so I use the garlic press every day. It works very well, is easy to use and clean.Compared with the garlic press I used before, it is more labor-saving and comfortable.When I first used it, I was in trouble because I could only crush the garlic and not press it into individual particles. Don’t recommend to use this, cod you have to scrip the garlic off the mesh net and clean the press rocker too. But if you are going to crush many garlic. This is the right tool you need.
